Terms and Conditions
Postage & Delivery
- Timeless Lockets aims to complete orders within 3-5 working days (not inc bank holidays) unless otherwise specified.
- In the event the times above can not be met, we will notify you the customer
- All orders are sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery and proof of postage is obtained by us. Timeless lockets cannot be held responsible for things going missing in the post using this service
- International orders are sent via Royal mail tracked and prices may vary. Please ask us for individual P&P costs.
- Overseas buyers are responsible for any import duties/customs charges/tax
- Goods will be delivered to the address registered with Paypal. It is the customers responsibility to ensure this address is correct at time of ordering.
- We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods, however caused.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt.
- Refunds will only be made once the item has been returned in its original and unused condition within the 28 days of receipt
- No refunds will be made on items that have been worn
- No refunds or exchanges will be made on any sale items
- Returns postage will be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault with the product - Postage will only be refunded at the lowest rate
- Returns are accepted for any damages caused during transit. You must supply Timeless Lockets with a photograph with proof of damage. We will then send a replacement where available
- Timeless Lockets will not offer refunds or compensation on any items lost or damaged caused by misuse or dropping
-Please retain receipts/copy of invoice incase requested by us for returns/refunds/exchanges
