HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1- Choose your Locket from the gorgeous range available

2- Choose which chain you would like your Locket to go on

3- Choose your charms/accents to tell your story from our vast collection

4- Choose any additions including our beautiful plates and dangles

Remember, you can always buy additional charms and change the look of your Locket to suit you.

If purchasing an Aromatherapy locket from our EsScents range, just complete steps 1 and 2 then choose you EsScents pads and your chosen 100% pure Essential oil blends.

*All complete locket orders (that is locket and charms) come presented in a Timeless Lockets branded box. 

 

AM I ABLE TO RETURN MY LOCKET AND GET A REFUND?

- Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt.

- Refunds will only be made once the item has been returned in its original and unused condition

- No refunds will be given on personalise items.

- No refunds will be made on items that have been worn

- Returns postage will be paid for by the customer unless there is a fault with the product - Postage will only be refunded at the lowest rate

- Returns are accepted for any damages caused during transit. You must supply Timeless Lockets with a photograph with proof of damage. We will then send a replacement where available

- Timeless Lockets will not offer refunds on any items damaged caused by misuse or dropping

 

WHAT ARE YOUR LOCKETS AND CHAINS MADE FROM?

Each locket is made out of 316l surgical grade stainless steel and glass. The locket's are plated for the Rose Gold in pure 18 carat rose gold. 

Chains are made from 304 stainless steel.

100% Nickel and Lead free. 

 

WHAT SIZE ARE THE LOCKETS?

All sizes can be found on each individual item, however please find some of our most common sizes below.  

The largest locket measures 40mm in diameter, 30mm for the large and 25mm for the medium. Heart lockets measure 30mm at their widest point. They are approximately 4mm in depth.

Chain sizes vary from 18" to 33" in length.

Our charms also vary in size from approx 4mm to 7mm.

 

HOW DO I USE THE ESSCENTS RANGE?

Just place 2-3 drops of your favourite 100% pure essential oil onto your EsScents pad and pop into your locket for total well-being.

 

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS?

Essential oil blends are combinations of pure oils that all work well together to promote something specific like relaxation, energy, happiness and much more. 
These blends of essential oils can be used for their aromatherapy as well as fragrant purposes. 

 

ARE YOUR ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS PURE?

Yes, all our essential oil blends are 100% pure.

Our essential oils are extracted from various plant parts like flowers, leaves, stems, roots, seeds, bark, resin or fruit rinds. Each plant contains only a tiny percentage of essential oil, so several kilos of the plant are harvested to extract a few millilitres of oil. Therefore, these oils are highly concentrated

 

HOW DO I USE ESSENTIAL OIL SAFELY?

Keep out of reach of children, the elderly, and pets. For use in our EsScents Lockets only. Avoid contact with mucus membranes and eyes. If any essential oils have contacted your eye, wash out with a vegetable oil such as olive oil, not water. Never use essential oils on your skin without diluting the essential oil with a carrier oil. Each essential oil has its own properties and some have special cautions, so it is important to learn about any essential oil before use, especially safety precautions.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

Handle with care: The glass on your Locket is fragile and can break. Handle with caution.

Avoid water: Always remove your jewellery before entering water. My Lockets are not waterproof.

Polish: Our jewellery is made with real metals and will naturally tarnish with time. To keep it looking as good as new, gently rub all pieces with dry polishing cloth in a circular motion until shine is restored.

Remove: Take off your jewellery when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or entering extreme heat or cold.

Do NOT try and false any charms into your locket that may not fit as this will put unnecessary preassure on the glass and may damage the charms or cause the glass to break

ARE YOUR LOCKETS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

All styles and sizes of Lockets are made with glass and as such could break if dropped or handled carelessly. The Floating Charms are small and could pose a choking hazzard, therefore they are not recommended for small children. Please take this into consideration if purchasing for children under the age of 10.

 

IS IT EASY TO ADD OR REPLACE THE CHARMS IN THE LOCKETS?

Yes! Our lockets open like a book and are held tightly shut by a heavy duty magnet. They are very easy to open making it a snap to add or replace charms.

Please note that charms are NOT fixed in position within the locket and will drop to the bottom.
